Before we entered the place, we noticed the waiters and waitresses were being trained which is something pretty unusual in Iquitos. The sauces available are really good, having both classic (mayonnaise, ketchup) and locals (cocona, chimichurri).
I recommend ordering the chicken with fried plantains and/or arroz chaufa. While pollo a la brasa is usually eaten with fries all over peru, the peruvian amazon jungle is one of the few places where it is mixed with this two other foods (fried plantain/arroz chaufa).
