**Accommodations** Your taxi/Uber will probably drop you off in front of a CrossFit studio. Just back track 20ft to the corner. You'll see double doors with 212 on the building but no name. There's a call button next to the door ring 400. There was a great girl who will buzz you in. This building was once an apartment building. You will enter a old style elevator with the capacity of 3 people. The lift belongs in the Smithsonian but at no time did I feel unsafe riding in the lift. I was on level 5 it looks like a two bedroom apartment with each room turned into a hotel room minus a kitchen. You will receive three keys one for the front door, one for the apartment door and one for your room. All keys marked appropriately. There's no central air but there's a radiator and A/C in the corners of the room. I was neither hot or cold and slept comfortably on a good matress. Each room has it own WiFi router I never had an issue connecting with good speeds. All outlets are 110v & 220v which always says welcome American to me and I don't need to take out my adapter. My room was clean and a housekeeper came by a couple of times a day to check if I needed anything. There's tea all day in the public area and breakfast at a charge by request. You will hear street noise the honking of horns which slows down considerably after rush hour traffic. **Location** The hotel is conveniently located next to Kennedy park. I didn't realize how close I was until I crossed the street and there it was. The Vivanda grocery store is 250m walk and it's a good grocer. There is bank on the same corner as the hotel with an armed security guard standing there. I don't believe at anytime you'll be unsafe on this block and you can't go a block without seeing a security guard or police officer. There are plenty of good restaurants around the area and I walked to everything in Miraflores/Berranco/Costa Verde as a solo traveler without any issues.

This is not a traditional hotel. This is an apartment turned into rooms for rent in a beautiful historical building, in the heart of the action. It has a common living room and dining table area with a hot and cold water dispenser, and they have instant coffee and tea to enjoy. The entire place is decorated with the most beautiful and fascinating art. Our room was big, with a very comfortable bed. We were on the side between two buildings, and we got some noise from below, but not early in the morning or late at night. There was a great fan to keep the air moving and to create white noise... it was warm for us. Bring eye covers to sleep if you don't like the light, the room had big windows that are frosted. The bathroom was big enough with a great shower with good hot water. The room has a little locked closet and safe. I felt safe leaving my stuff behind. I highly recommend

My husband loved it here, and if we ever come to Peru again, we'll definitely stay here again. The owner was very kind and polite, giving us a lot of information and knowledge. During our stay, my husband had an accident, and the owner was very helpful and informative. We really appreciated his kindness. The place is close to the city center, not far from the beach, within walking distance. There are many shopping malls around, and there are many delicious restaurants. It's also close to the cat park.
