Food was pretty good and reasonably priced!

The staff however are really irritating, slow, and do not think on their feet. This falls on the manager and the training offered, in my opinion. Evaluate your staff often to see where they can be professionally developed.

I placed an order to go and they served it to stay. When I pointed it out to them the staff seemed confused and insisted on checking my receipt. Even after checking they needed and older staff member to point out to the THREE people looking at my food on what to do next. They then proceeded to squish my food by putting plates over the severed food. I had paid extra for a bag and received a flimsy plastic bag for two cups that immediately spilled one of the two sodas placed in it.

The only salvation (aside from the food) was the older worker who took control of the situation and instructed the three younger workers on how to pack my food.

Would never go back in person, will only order...

Fui a comprar dos hamburguesas de una promoción y pagué adicional para que le agreguen queso y tocino a la mía, me cobraron y no lo pusieron, las papas fritas llegaron húmedas, me pusieron mala cara cuando pedí más salsas y cuando llegue a mi casa y abrí la bolsa para ver los productos me di cuenta que no habían hecho mi pedido completo, llame q quejarme y les mandé la foto del pan y la foto del voucher donde se veía que me cobraban algo que no me dieron, lo peor es que la señorita por teléfono me tomo la queja y me dijo que me iban a devolver la llamada pero nunca me llamaron ni corrigieron el pedido. Me sentí indignada, va a sonar feo pero eso es robarle al cliente y encima mi amiga me dijo que siempre hacen eso para luego poder usar esos adicionales en sus almuerzos 😱😳😡🤬😤😠 el tema no es cuánto costó sino que siendo una cadena peruana tan grande, tengan ese pésimo manejo de reclamos y que pasen estos robos a clientes y no los resuelvan!!!!...En vdd no les diré que no vayan, pero sí que siempre revisen sus pedidos antes de salir de la tienda para que los puedan corregir en ese mismo momento. The hamburgers here are not that good. They have a poster at the door showing this beautiful hamburger with multiple layers of ingredients. But when you get the hamburger it looks nothing like that photograph and it doesn't have that much flavor. I waited about 10 minutes after ordering just to get that hamburger and I wish I had gone...
