We got our main dishes out to us cold, and we politely asked if they would take them back and re cook it so it was hot, to which point our dishes came out clearly microwaved (duck and chicken) because the plates were extremely hot. We called our server over and explained to which she pulled the manager who tried to at first deny it until he seen we knew it was clearly microwaved and then he admitted it had been. This is really bad for any restaurant but especially one of this price. They did eventually cook us new food but by this point it was spoiled with everything that has happened. Read moreI came with my wife, my sister and her husband, my sister is pregnant and the lady on the front desk told us they had a waiting list of 4 groups and they had around 25 minutes. Then I asked to enter to the bathroom, and as soon as I walked in, there were plenty empty tables, the second floor had even more space, they didn't care my sister was pregnant and were going to make us wait. Now the ordering, the guy who came was, at least nicer. Originally I was going to set one star, but the server inside made the difference to earned some more, the food quality was good as well, and it came in a timely manner. Some people need to be changed or trained better at the reception for the overall better...
