More than a hotel… In Machu Picchu, you can’t go wrong with the location of the hotel unless it is noisy, so let me tell you why I am amazed to stay in this place:
Dirty, damp, smell of humidity from the reception and into the room. |We payed for a room with a mountain view, we got a view to the corridor.|Our room was on the 5th floor, the elevator wasn’t working and the staff person who showed us to the room didn’t even offer help carrying the bags.|No screens on windows. This was an acceptable solution in the moment. When I reached the front desk, the staff member, who witnessed this agreement, informed me that the manager has changed her mind and would only refund one room. This is unacceptable behavior.
