Hostal Premier Inn — Hotel in Machu Picchu

Only came for the Korean instant noodles. The noodles were cooked perfectly. There was a bit of confusion in communication. We had bought 2 packed of instant noodles and 1 pack of kimchi from them at 6 pm and took it back to our hotel. Before we left, they told us they could cook the instant noodles free of charge. We said we would come back at 8 pm to have the noodles cooked, but unfortunately, the gentleman who sold us the noodles wasn't there, and the lady staff member thought we hadn't paid for the noodles. Took a few phone calls before all the misunderstanding...

Accommodations organized by Peru Travel Company - tour to Machu Picchu from Cusco. Conveniently located just outside the artisan market and close to everything. Had a wonderful continental breakfast with scrambled eggs, papaya juice, coffee and fresh breads. Hosts were gracious and friendly and communication was good between the agency and the hostel. Provided soap and towels (bring your own shampoo). Recommend if you are visiting Aguas...

I would not recommend this place. There was no warm water and the tub area looked like it had mold coming out the walls. The hall area is nosey to the point you can hear when someone enter/leaves their room. They kept turning off the Hallway lights as soon as the sun went down. You’re literally better off getting a room from the hotel that is next door because that’s exactly what we did and there was a huge difference in service...
