Worth for a price if youre without luggage, dont care for noise and dont rely on food there. Liked · Price. Location is good. Staff is nice. You do have a coffee and tea at the breakfast. Impossible to arrive with luggage just a hundred of steps if you live on the top floor. A lot of noise, naturally as it is a hostel with a lot of people and all the rooms are facing the stairs on which everyone goes to the roof to chill or to eat or to bathroom/showers. Advertised as having a restaurant but it was closed during our stay as they had no chef. Didn't have hot water for 2 days and even though it was eventually fixed we had to really convince and nag them as they didn't seem to believe us.

Muy buen lugar, nos contactamos a través de WhatsApp y nos permitieron realizar la reserva sin transferir antes (nos complicaba porque somos extranjeros). Está a la entrada de Aguas Calientes, así que llegando desde la Hidroeléctrica está a unos pasos. Son muchos pisos, solo escaleras, eso fue muy cansador como veníamos caminando, pero la habitación (elegimos la I, que tenía 4 literas) estaba muy bien, tenía un mueble para dejar tus cosas con candado (tienes que llevar uno), la vista demasiado increíble, cada cama tiene su luz y enchufe para cargar los aparatos electrónicos, el baño privado, la mejor ducha que tuvimos en Perú jajaja muy calentita y mucha presión. Nos facilitaron toallas y secador de pelo cuando lo solicitamos, nos guardaron el equipaje luego del check out y pudimos ocupar la terraza mientras esperábamos el tren (dormimos una noche y al día siguiente subimos Machupicchu y teníamos tren), buen desayuno, té o café (en tarro), pan, mermelada, mantequilla y una naranja, puede mejorar un poco, lo preparan desde temprano. La terraza es realmente hermosa, tienen juegos, baño, y una vista genial. Solo le bajó al servicio porque estando en el último piso teníamos que bajar todo para solicitar algo, y cuando llegamos desde Machupicchu no había nadie (salieron a comprar) y necesitábamos sacar nuestras cosas del guarda equipaje, así que para no perder el tren lo abrimos y sacamos las cosas (no tenía llave), eso nos dio un poco de inseguridad.

Really disappointed with this hostel. Staff are friendly but never around. I stayed three nights, on my second morning I had reserved a breakfast to go (this is a service they offer) as I needed to leave for Machu Picchu before breakfast started at 6:30am. I asked face to face and via WhatsApp, but in the morning no breakfast had been prepared. On my final morning, I also needed to leave early to get back to Cusco, and again no one was around at 6:30am for breakfast. Rooms were nice and location is good. The one time I got breakfast it was the usual eggs, jam and bread. Definitely cheaper places around that I’m sure offer a million times better...
