Great location, not in the very centre, but very close to it in on a quiet street. Bus station to machu picchu is only 3 minutes walk away. Breakfast was good, available from 5am til 8am. We had a room with windows facing the river, while the view was absolutely amazing, the river was so super loud even with the windows closed, that we needed ear plugs to be able to sleep. Room was also cold without heater, and there was condensation on the windows during the night. There was no kettle to make a cup of hot tea. Communication was bit difficult due to the language barrier, even on whatsapp was struggling to get information/help/helpfulness. Wifi was bad in the room, intermittent and continually disconnecting.

The staff is friendly and hardworking, and very accommodating with...
