Misleading Information and Language Barrier|The listing stated that staff spoke English, but in reality, communication was extremely difficult. Even using Google Translate, most information exchanged was inaccurate. For example, the room description claimed there was a 24/7 front desk. I asked again, staff confirmed me as yes. However, no one would be around at midnight when I really need help! In fact, the entire building was completely dark during that time, and even the front door couldn’t be opened. During the day, you could only go in or out when staff opened the main door for you, which became even more inconvenient at night. You properly cannot go out after midnight! ||2. Inflexible and Poorly Managed Breakfast Schedule|I had an early tour the next day and asked the staff a day before if I could get some bread to take with me. They said no. The breakfast officially starts at 6:30 a.m., which is unfriendly to most guests joining early tours (which is very common in Puno). Later they told me that breakfast is usually ready by 6:15 a.m., but on the day itself, the breakfast area was still completely dark and empty at 6:29 a.m., and no staff was present in the dining area when I left. It’s fine to tell me the truth so I could have better arrangement for my own breakfast.||3. Payment Issues and Lack of Professionalism|When I tried to pay by card, they discovered the card machine wasn’t charged at all. Completely unprofessional! I ended up paying in USD with no change available, and was forced to overpay because of their issue which is unacceptable, especially when the guest in a rush. ||4. Poor Support and Facilities|At night, I tried to take a hot shower, but even after running the water for over 5 minutes, it was freezing cold. The hot water only worked the next morning, which made my morning schedule very tight. ||When I asked for help calling a taxi due to time pressure, the staff insisted the place was “very close” and refused to help unless I finished the payment. That’s not flexible when guests are clearly in a rush and need assistance. ||The building also has poor soundproofing, difficult locks. ||The staffs are helpful and behave well tho. Maybe it’s only recommended for...

Most of feedbacks here are left for promotional price, which are fairly cheap.||||For promotional price there is some limitations:||- additional fee for breakfast||- no towel ||- cash only||||I think, it worth it. Have in mind, that you will be offered with clean and tidy room, private bath with hot water, and so on. And with exellent location, 1 minute walking to the center.||||Remember, people, who enjoyed with service, almost dont left feedbacks. ||||I found just 2 things I not enjoyed very much:||1. Rooms are quite cold. There is a plenty of warm blankets for comfortable sleep, but still.||2. Staff are almost not english speaking. But there is always around someone who...
Read moreFor the life of me I don’t understand why cleanliness can’t be the simplest of requirements in any hotel. I have no idea why it’s rated anything above 1. No towels in the room, toilet paper if you remember to ask for it, dust and grime everywhere and a carpet full of old hairs and dirty spills. Once you get past the mold in the bathroom if you can take a shower without touching the gross shower curtain you step on the gross tile. To finish off you can open your sheets up and to find someone’s else’s make hairs on the sheets. If you look further you’ll find nice surprises under your pillow covers, more hair and sweat stains. Please rate this properly, it’s not fair to people wanting a clean place to stay. I’m thankful I didn’t bring my small children...
