Please read. I don't normally complain but what you did and did not do caused me to have unnecessary expenses, inconvenience, body pain,allergies, tiredness, delay,and exhaustion.

Please don't post your website here if its not functional. I was looking through maps for an accomodation and the only available contact here was your telephone which is not a common communication device nowadays so its non existent here in our place and the other one was your website. So i booked at your website for aurora fest thinking i had successfuly reserved a room. When i arrived here, you said that i had no reservation made so i showed you my screenshot of the booking details which indicated that it was successfully booked but then you said that your website was not functional since covid pandemic, and you said it in a way like i was at fault that i didnt know, like its a common thing to know that i should have known it. I mean how would i know, its not even indicated , you didn't removed your website link, and you have not even leave a note saying not to book at your website. I was standing for a while frustrated, shocked and figuring what to do next and no one's even trying to help suggesting other alternatives. Good thing your security guard is more helpful in suggesting another accomodation, unfortunately its all fully booked. I walked non stop trying to find available rooms nearby in the summer heat and with a quite heavy bag. My legs, arms and feet are already painful and tired. It goes on for almost 2 hours until i found a walk in hotel a little bit faraway now from my target place and i haven't even had my meal yet. My long exposure to the warm environment even caused me allergies, lots of red patches in my skin .

Given all of these, my suggestions are: Please be professional, admit that you are wrong, especially when its clearly obvious. Be responsible and be accomodating to guests or even to the would be guests Please don't post any website or contacts that are not already functioning or atleast DELETE IT. Please improve your social media, most people nowadays are looking for a place to stay in Maps, Facebook, Booking sites. List on it the contacs that are accessible to many or atleast site the ones where we can contact you. Better yet be active on every...

I booked this for 10 days quarantine. Firstly the website is inaccurate and pictures appear to be very old as the rooms are nowhere near the condition indicated in the pictures. Flatscreen TV ok but most channels poor quality picture. No Microwave had to request this. The electrical system is dangerous some lights do not work or flash on and off. THe gas stove was a single burner with tank outside. I tried connecting the regulator and it was defective. Leaking badly so it was replaced. On some occassions water coming out of the faucet was brown. THe bed linen waas old worn stained and no cover only a sheet. THe shower head was broken and sprayed water all over the bathroom. The wifi was so bad it was unusable. They tried to stop delivery of outside food but eventually that was allowed. Considering this was being used for quarantine staff had very little protection. Some had masks sometimes. No change of bed linen or towels. No cooking utensils. Considering the price there are far better places available. Don't waste your money on this place. It is not...
