Goodfellas transient apartment KURO SHIRO AFTER TRANSIENT — Hotel in Baguio

Stayed for 3 days, booked last minute on the way to Baguio. Booked the middle house which has 2 floors. We are a family of 5 adults. We are quite flexible to stay on transient places however, this one requires massive general cleaning and ovehaul.

The place smells of mold. Their bed linens and leather sofa smells of cigarette and sweat. I asked my family to transfer somewhere else however, they were kind enough to tell me that we will only stay to sleep and shower anyway. We all just laugh about the strong stench of sweat from their bed linens. This is not acceptable and should not be overlooked by the caretakers. Most of their crockeries has dents.

I understand that the facade of this property is “transient” but owners should be responsible enough to maintain the cleanliness, at least. This is a basic courtesy for a paying customer.
