Pamana Restaurant — Restaurant in Baguio

Place definitely have a good Ambiance, but some area definitely need a renovation as some tiles/wall have a signs of worn out.

cocao is good, I tried the solo and bittersweet flavor the serving is good for 2 cups even though the staff says that it's for 1 cup only (I think they are not knowledgeable enough on their menu)

I added The mushroom soup as appetizer - this one includes a bread sticks and some chocolate dip, The soup is kind of too sweet/salty for me or more like overdone. I'm a fan of mushroom soups so for this one it's 4/10.

I read some reviews, I agree that their service is kind of slow. I was the only customer in the restaurant and yet when I came in, they probably took 3-5 minutes before handing out their menu.

Over all I'd rate the Service as 2, why? Water isn't served with the cocoa, aside from this Even with food I was only provided 1 glass, Staff aren't attentive enough to check for refill (even though there's no other customers around aside from me)

It suddenly rain, and the pour was getting heavier it's evident that the rain water splash is getting inside the restaurant some of the table was also getting wet aside from my area - and yet the staffs aren't attentive enough to check.

No guard? It was raining and I was waiting outside the restaurant in their holding area waiting for a cab - no initiative

I haven't tried the other rice meal nor dishes although I was planning to order 1, I am afraid that the taste wouldn't be as good as before and the initial service I received made me think twice. Had dinner at Pamana restaurant on Feb 28, 2018...we ordered the ff: Sago and Gulaman Too Sweet.. So disgusting.So Frustrating . We walked miles cause traffic in Baguio was terrible( Feb. 28, 2018) so we can have dinner at #PAMANA RESTAURANT( BARRIO FIESTA) IN BAGUIO CITY...But then we were served with very Poor taste of Crispy Pata and Kare kare... While the food was good, the service was very poor... Not only did they miss half of what we ordered but our meal came with one side and we ordered a second but they didn't ran out of the second side so we cancelled it. They simply couldn't understand that we shouldn't be charged for the second side. After 15 minutes if arguing we just gave up and paid for it... As much as I love the food, I ended up leaving completely disappointed. This is my first non-5star review in almost 2 years... I won't be adding photos of my amazing food either anymore....
