Delightfully bright and airy restaurant that highlights cacao-infused or based dishes and treats. Cash payment. Staff is friendly but service is a bit slow.

A friend and I both stopped here and ordered an affogato coffee - two scoops of vanilla ice cream with a cone in a dish, served with a shot of espresso that is poured over the ice cream.

Presentation was very nice, although the cone seemed superfluous and I just ate it separately at the end. Overall taste was good but milder than I expected. The espresso didn't have any outstanding flavor and the ice cream was not overly sweet. The effect is a creamy and mildly sweet experience that was definitely pleasant.

However the biggest sell of this place (on my limited experience with the menu) was the atmosphere. Located on the upper floor of a small mall, there are some great views overlooking areas of Baguio and where the open windows admit a refreshing breeze year round. Indoors the restaurant is decorated with a plethora of fake greenery and bamboo lighting fixtures. The effect just works.

A good place for a date, a business meeting, or a relaxed experience for no particular reason at all. Service was slower than I would have expected for our two coffees but we didn't...

The place is so laidback, or I guess I went there early in the morning on a weekday, so there wasn't many people dining in. I love the atmosphere.

Here's what I ordered: Tsoko mallow ₱190 Pancake souffle bibingka, quezo, itlog na maalat ₱340

The souffle bibingka was divine. Love the combo of the sweetness from the chocolate syrup, maple syrup (or was it honey?), the saltiness of the cheese and salted egg. It all makes sense and I quite like it. It was so indulgingly delicious, I wish I had more.

The tsoko mallow was alright. Big serving, could be good for 2 people. But since I travelled solo, it was too much for me. I had to finish it because I don't like food waste as much as I don't like the term sunk cost. That said, this chocolate drink isn't my favorite. It was a bit bitter for my taste but I managed to finish it up to spite it. I was that bitter. LMAO.

The staff are all nice and smiley and accommodating. I wasn't chatty myself so I appreciated that they didn't talk to me much apart from asking for my order and asking me if everything was alright. And...

The issue has been rectified by Sushi. I appreciate the service given by her and her close staff. We've discussed the procedures that were forgotten by the new employees and the burden of having new employees. I hope she continues to give her loyalty to "Mam Happy" and continue giving good welfare to their employees.

Ill be back again with my family and hope certain lapses wont happen again. Thank you!

After all the years, this time I'm very disappointed. As a local in Baguio, yesterday they didn't have their Champorado for both ube and classic cocoa.

Their waiter just showed us a table where we could sit down while I'm with my family. They didn't even bother giving us water while scanning through the menu. To my disappointment, I asked if there was champorado, and they didn't have it. After all the waiting and the long drive, the waiter didn't even show any courtesy or sympathy. He just didn't care. My question for the restaurant is: What happened to your courteous staff and clean toilets?

I'm pretty sure that they weren't...

This is a Review of the Service and Atmosphere Only. So for the past 2 days i was checking the Menu of Tsokolateria (i had been planning on dining here since last year) i found Online as to what i will order so this afternoon after lunch we went to Tsokolateria which i found out shared the same space as Pamana. I have fond Memories of this Place when it was still Barrio Fiesta :-) When we entered there was nobody to assist us so i just got their Menu. A server did see us when we were midway to our chosen seat but just decided to Ignore us. A Good 5 minutes had passed and i was already ready to order but there was no Waiter to be found. We just decided to leave as it looked like it would take forever to be served. The Ambience was beautiful though with the Views, Old Pictures, wooden furniture but the service really just failed Miserably. *upon reading some of ths Reviews of this fine establishment, i discovered that we were not the only one who experienced being Ghosted. This Establishment needs to have their Servers trained and add more servers.

One of the best hot chocolate I’ve tasted! Located at Upper Session Road, it’s after Hill Station if you’re coming from SM Baguio. Limited road parking. Typical restaurant vibe. No much customers during our visit. Servers are attentive and helpful. Tsokolate Ah is the bomb! Like their tsokolate Ah in their Baguio branch tastes wayyy better that other Tsokolateria branches! It’s thick with just the right medley of sweetnees and bitterness. It hits spot on to our liking! Their 12pcs churros bites + tsokolate dip is heavenly! Their churros tastes plain but it works perfectly well with the veeerrryyy flavorful dip. It was a chocolate explosion madness that left us wishing we had more churros pieces because there’s so much dip left when we finished eating. It was a great experience and WAYYY better than that famous hot chocolate place in Baguio. #whereisjecka
