LaBrent Tea and Cafe-Legarda Branch — Restaurant in Baguio

I ordered 2 fruit tea and 1 yakult drinks, and 3 cheesecakes (that were already just sitting in their fridge) to go. It should NOT have taken 40 minutes for them to serve my order. I waited and watched as walk-in customers and Grab orders that came after mine got their FOOD first before me. I was super disappointed with the service, and I was very polite to the staff. I saw that the machine which seals the lid on their cups stopped working but that should not have been a reason for my order to come out as late as it did.

What’s keeping me from giving them a lower score is that the drinks were decent and the cheesecakes were ok, except the KitKat on their KitKat cheesecake was a bit stale.

I wasn’t expecting the highest quality of food/service since it’s a 24 hour business, but the service I did receive definitely didn’t leave a good first...

My friend and I came here for lunch and its a nice restsurant. Got seats for at least 20 people, there's a restroon, the walls are well decorated and the staff are very nice.

I ordered a Strawberry Shake and a Double-Decker Burger with Fries. The Shake was delicious and well worth it, the fries were good yet a little too seasoned with that cheapy cheese seasoning.. But were still good. The Burger itself is nice in size, packed with veggies and well-cooked. My only issue is they put that nasty Pink mayo on which for me essentially ruined it. Without the Pink Mayo, it would have been 5 stars.. But the Pink Mayo just does not taste good to me.

Overall, it was a great experience and I will come back...

I went to this cafe and stood in front of the counter for minutes. The cashier saw me for sure but didn't ask for my order. I waited, and when she finally came, she seemed irritated and even scratched her head as if I were bothering her. I told her my order, and when I was about to pay, she frowned and asked if I had smaller bill. I apologized and said I only had the bill on hand. She insisted that she didn't have change and made some faces. While I understand these situations happen, it was the cashier's attitude that bothered me. I ended up not ordering anything and had to cancel. It was 4:30 pm on March 25, 2024. I hope for better customer service next time not for me but for everyone. You know...
