Jasmin Pension House — Hotel in Cebu City

I spent 5 days in thhat place. I thought it was a good place before. But i was a little bit desapointed.||First, the wi fi is terrible. You have to go to the reception to have a poor one. But the worst is the 2 women working at the reception. The oldest one is the worst. She is not friendly. Never a smile, a hello, nothing. Very cold. It is clear that she does not like foreigners. She spend jer time shouting.,she does not know how to speak normally. Even when she is alone, she use her telephone very loud. I noticed she slow down the volume only on the presence of Philipinos customers... The other one is also very talkative. Five minutes after i told her some details of my trip, she was already explaining evrything about other customers of the hotel like she does not care about our private life. Also the first night, we had a terrible room. It was smelling fungus and i had an allergy whith the matress wich was full of dust, acarians, and very old. Later we had a best room for the same price. Me and my acquaintances got a room there it was so spacious and has a good ambience. You could dance and sing with karaoke all you want. Such a good place to hide hahaha. Rooms are at the second floor and at the first floor is a dance floor where you could do disco with anybody. The DJ was a pretty girl. The dance floor was kind of dark though and the sound was kind of crack because of the speakers were too loud. There were tables where you can do some drink and then dance beside. Lol. We had to stay a few days in Cebu for immigration issues and this was the cheapest place we found on that street (which is packed with hotels). The room was simple but clean. Staff was nice and helpful when we asked how to get to places. Location is central and right next to one of the main streets. Wi-Fi was ok (but we had the room right next to the reception... it seems to be a problem in the other rooms). The "breakfast" is a joke, though : a little piece of bread and instant coffee.
