I know this restaurant for over 10 years. It was a real pleasure then to go to that place and enjoy the genuine Italian meals and chat to Paolo the owner in Italian. It was adding to the magic of la Forchetta as was the name of the restaurant at that time! I went 2 weeks ago there. The food is still at a very good level and the place as it was before. But the presence of Paolo was really missing his spontaneity, his warm welcome and chatting in Italian. Nevertheless it is a good restaurant to enjoy, unique in Cebu. The staff uniform is nice and clean. Cook the pizza properly, go easy on oil and the food can be decent but at it stand i would never return to...
