I stayed in one of the downstairs rooms behind the restaurant. There was a rainstorm, and my bathroom/shower started to flood from the drain. When I informed the staff no one seemed interested even to have a look even as water was still coming up through the drain, and just said they would re-room me upstairs. Room upstairs a little nicer until I found out there was no water coming from the shower at all! They obvs knew this as there was a bucket and scoop in there but no one had the balls to tell me obvs!! Stayed 2 nights and when I was leaving I asked one of the ladies how best I could get to the airport and with a glazed look was told she didn’t know! A hotel, 2 km from the airport and doesn’t know… wow! In the end I figured it out first myself that you can get a Grab tricycle. But it really just summed up what felt like a lack of interest from everyone really. Bit disappointing. Everyone seemed more interested in the restaurant bit, which looked ok although I didn’t eat there.

This place exudes a cozy charm, with its abundance of greenery and warm natural light, as shown in the photos. The potted plants and hanging baskets create a tranquil ambiance, blending seamlessly with the well-maintained outdoor corridors. The tiled floors and tasteful railings add to its inviting atmosphere. For the price, it appears to offer great value, as the space feels serene and thoughtfully designed. If you’re seeking a peaceful, nature-inspired environment to relax or work, this spot seems well worth considering.

the staff were really approachable and kind, especially the woman who i think was left in charge with the place. she was really kind and warm to all guests. the location was good. some of the room's furniture had some damages. there's an inconsistency of the water pressure in the bathroom too. overall it's a good place

The location of the property is good as this is near to the airport and the seaport. It is also quite near to the center where you can easily find food establishments. The room is also quite decent enough to sleep in however they do not offer complimentary water or even provide a water dispenser for guests to get water. Also they do not have toothbrushes so you might wanna bring your own aside from your preferred toiletries. The staff are not the friendliest but are not that bothersome. One thing that irks me is the message I got from them in Agoda wherein 95% of the message is about EXTRA CHARGES. For me, the tone of the message is very unwelcoming to guests and it feels a little threatening. I understand that at the end of the day it is all about business but I think they can construct a message in a friendlier tone and be more welcoming rather than sending guests a message with all the extra charges which I think defeats the last of the message which is "enjoy your stay" coz it was already preempted with...

Booked a Deluxe double room for four nights. Instead we got a room on the ground floor. Not matching the description and pictures of the deluxe room. The room was worn out. And had signs of a previous major leakage. The bathroom hygiene was poor so was the hygiene of the sink in the room. During our stay there was a black out. We sat in the dark for hours. No information from the staff about what was going on. We had to figure it out by ourselves. The room was situated next to what seems like a utility room, frequently used as a hangout facility by staff members. Which resulted in no privacy at all. We kept the curtains closed for our own privacy. My overall two star rating is based on the location...
