Looking for a good vegetarian restaurant? This could be just what you're looking for!
💯 Food: The food was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. The egg in our dish was perfectly poached, with a silky yolk that added richness to every bite. They serve generous portions, making the meal well worth the price. Whether you're a vegetarian or just looking for a healthy, satisfying meal, this place delivers on taste and value.
💯 Service: The staff was warm, friendly, and approachable. Our server patiently answered all our questions about the dishes, ingredients, and even shared a bit of the restaurant’s history. Their attentiveness made the dining experience even more enjoyable. On top of that, our food arrived quickly, which was a huge plus since we were starving when we got there.
💯 Ambiance: The atmosphere was cozy and homey, as the restaurant is located in a quiet subdivision and seems to be a renovated house. The open-air dining area allowed for a refreshing breeze, and the presence of large trees added to the relaxing vibe. While eating, we could hear birds chirping and only the occasional passing vehicle, making it a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle.
Overall, this place is a great find for anyone looking to enjoy delicious vegetarian food in a calm and inviting setting. I’d definitely recommend...
Read moreI have not had any meals featuring Tex Mex type ingredients since I moved to Dumaguete over a month ago. I tried Chia Eatery after reading a review recommending to try the breakfast burrito and was intrigued because of the name and because coming from the USA believe it or not I love breakfast burritos. Now I am not sure what I had was truly a breakfast burrito but it doesn't change the fact that the food I was served was delicious. Everything they served on the plate was well prepared and very tasty. When I asked my brother in law who is born and raised in Dumaguete if he could bring me to Chia Eatery his immediate response was it was a health food restaurant and I think that is an apt description. I noticed the entire menu is plant based for the most part with only eggs as an exception and is carefully designed to appeal to health conscious diners. I will definitely be returning to try other items on the menu...

It's hard to find in the Philippines so I was pleased to discover that they sold it here.
While in the restaurant, I had a Filipino bean-coffee with coconut milk, paired with their famous dark chocolate-banana bread. Killer combination 🥮😋☕️
Bread 60 Pesos per slice Native coffee 80 Pesos ❤️
Haven't tried the meals yet, maybe next time.
This restaurant is inside of a home, just steps away from Mad Monkey Dumaguete and a short trek from Silliman University.
Staff are very friendly and polite.
There is a resident female cat who does NOT like to be touched and she will readily scratch you if you try. 😾
Definitely recommend stopping by, Veg or Non-Veg Just don't touch the cat!
