We unfortunately spent a rather annoyed evening here after coming with some optimism due to all the positive reviews.
Staff was quite unheeding when we arrived so it took some time until they brought in some gawky garden chairs into the indoor area to seat us at a table. We ordered two pasta dishes, and were rather unhappy that it not only took 60min to prepare but also that the two dishes arrived 30min apart from each other which makes a date night awkward with one person completely finishing their pasta while the other one is hungrily watching for a long time. The tables around us were waiting for 20min just to get their drinks and looked pretty dismayed as well since very simple orders were taking that long. Not sure if we just visited during a bad day, or if there is a systemic overload in the kitchen, but considering the upper price range and setting, this evening did not meet our expectations management-/service-wise. That being said, the food itself was tasty, but we didn't dare to order desert due to the already spent...
Read moreA real discovery a divine surprise. The restaurant is certainly among the best in Dumaguete. Italian cuisine thought and prepared by an Italian chef. Creativity is at the menu and on the plates. A so wide choice of pasta you would like to explore one by one. As a new guest yesterday I was tempted by the penne a la boscaiola. Imagine a variety of true mushrooms with penne al dente with a dash of anis in a succulent sauce: mmhh! Accompanied with a good red wine from France at a reasonable price. I talk to the chef a Roman origin so authentic. He is really reinterpreting the Italian cuisine. It's said he prepares the best pizza in town. I necessarily will come back to try it among other meals on the menu. Just go there to enjoy it seems however you have to book your table. Buen appetito just went again there: confirm all what I said before and more the risotto was by itself a so delicious interpretation with carnaroli rice from Italy considered rightly as the...

It’s very chill, modern, just the kind of place you’d find yourself in for a date, or after-dinner meet-up with friends. It’s got an industrial feel to it, so it’s a little dim when it comes to lighting, but it’s what makes each space kind of intimate or personal.
My favorite thing to order here is their Truffle Pizza. From the moment you smell it coming your way, to the look, and finally the taste — you will want to come back for more. I also enjoyed their menu for alcoholic drinks - they have a small but good choice of beers and other drinks.
Staff here are always courteous and ready to serve, which makes dining here...
