HIDDEN OF CAILAN INN — Hotel in El Nido

The rooms were okay, but not perfect. WiFi was not working most of the time. Water pressure was not the best. Air-conditioning did not have a comfortable setting as it was directly pointed towards your head in the bed. The bathroom door was hard to close. There are no windows in the bathroom for ventilation. Shower doesn't really stay on one fixed temperature, which is a bit annoying. Some staff aren't friendly. The rooms do look pretty however.

The JBenito they are advertising has awful motorbikes, but are okay to book...

We spent 2 weeks on a family holiday and we found the place outstanding. The apartment was beautifully decorated with everything you need and the staff were exceptional! The rooms were large, clean, with enough storage. There is also an outside sitting space with a sunbed, parasol, table and chairs. We were picked up and dropped off from the airport which was very convenient. It was a beautiful place, with beautiful people and I highly recommend it. Thank you everyone, for making our stay memorable...

A lovely place in a quiet area, away from the hustle of El Nido, but just a short walk away. Nice and quiet. Staff also friendly and helpful. You have to use a/c as the windows do not open, so you can't have an evening breeze. Also, they provide water in single use plastic bottles. No use putting up signs against it then doing the opposite! Just ask for a reusable cannister of water, and they...
