I canāt relate to the review above. I stayed here with my boyfriend and we were not happy with this stay. Before the stay we had a lot of boat cancelations, so it was really hard to get out of Coron to go to El Nido. Therefore, we were later then expected in El Nido. I tried to contact them before to arrange the change but they did not respond or tried to help us. So we had to pay for 6 nights instead of the 4 we stayed there. When we arrived they were really surprised and not very welcoming because they didnāt expect us, so we had to wait until they fixed a room for us. When they showed us the room, it smelled not good and it looked old and not clean. Especially the bathroom was very dirty and made the whole room smell bad. The walls in the room are thin and when my boyfriend sat on the bed, it cracked. There were also a lot of insects. The hosts donāt approach you, you have to approach them for toilet paper or a clean towel and then they are willing to help. The room is not cheap, so i expected way more...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe worst place Iāve ever stayed. We had booked a villa at the neighboring hotel, but when we arrived, there was no availability. Instead, we were given this room. There was no sheet on the bed, and I found an old contact lens in the bed. There were plenty of mosquitoes and other insects, and the toilet smelled unbearably bad. I spread towels on the bed, covered myself with a blanket, and lay in the fetal position for the few hours I could sleep. In the morning, there were two different breakfast plates: one for those staying here and one for those in the cottages, which we had booked and paid for. The cottages got rice, fried eggs, bacon, and banana. We got two small pancakes and a black banana, even though we had paid for a cottage. Due to my protests, they agreed to make proper breakfast for us. The funny thing was, they never did. We fled from there, and because everything was booked in El Nido, we traveled on to Cebu.||Keep away...
