Great Stay Despite Weather Challenges

We recently stayed at Mia Suites in El Nido, Palawan, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Although our island tour was canceled due to bad weather, the staff quickly arranged an inland tour for us, which turned out to be a delightful alternative. Special thanks to Adrian, our private driver and guide, who made the trip enjoyable and informative.

The staff at the hotel were very accommodating, ensuring our needs were met despite the weather challenges. The room was comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the area.

One area for improvement would be implementing clear house rules to ensure an even smoother experience for all guests.

We stayed here for 3nights and 4 days and we are not coming back to this place ever. They did not clean our room even once. They said they only clean the rooms every two days but even after our second night, they still did not clean our rooms (yes, rooms because we booked 2 rooms with them). We asked for a cloth rack outside our room for our wet clothes but they said that the rack was inside our room (not sure if we are supposed to put it outside). The water from the faucet smells terrible. It smells of strong metal I had to hold my breath when I shower. WIFI connection and phone reception inside the room is also terrible.
