NAY ASTER PENSION — Hotel in El Nido

The pension house for me has a good location cause it is a little bit far from the crowded area in the center of the town. if you want to relax and unwind this pension house is the best for you because its really quiet. My friend and I booked for a double standard room and the room was big and the comfort room too! it was clean and the air-conditioning unit is working well! the room windows are tinted for your own privacy. The staffs, they are really friendly and accommodating. I personally really felt welcomed when we first arrived and when we had our first breakfast in that place. oh did I mentioned that they have free breakfast? yes they have! unlike other places to stay in El Nido the price of the hotel is already expensive but breakfast is still not included. The staff, specially ate Che was really frinedly and accomodating. It was my friends birthday during our visit in their pension house and ate che one of the staffs helped me for my surprise for my friend and she really put a lot of effort for it! My friend had a very memorable birthday because of them and I am very thankful for that! I had a really nice stay in their place and will surely come back again! highly...

the rooms were at least the cleanest in my whole Philippines travel. The rest of the pension is wasn't good. ||||The staff : ||||they are not qualified at all to host guests. ||Unfriendly, when we asked them for some simple information they were unmotivated to help. The reception never smiled or greets the clients. We booked a van the night before for Puerta Princesa, on the next day at departure we were left without van, 'it's a chaos' They had to call us another one and we were delayed by one hours luckily our flight was in the evening. ||||Noise :||||It's almost impossible to get some silence the neighborhood has all day music coming from every corner. At night you hear barking dogs, motorbikes, people. Beds were not comfortable, too small for a bed for 2 peoples. Sheets were not soft at all, not comfortable too. We asked twice for better sheets and they gave us the same. Breakfast was served in plastic barket. Egg rice and sausage but not even hot. The room was so dilapidated, the bathroom door can’t even close. The water from the bathroom stinked so much. My husband and I were both sick because of the water. Even if we didn’t drink it, just bruched our teeth was sufficient to get sick.
