Room is up to date for standard room. When I checked in, the window was open, and bugs flying around. AC wasn’t on. I had to turn on AC and close the windows. The room wasn’t ready for my arrival after 10pm. There were cobweb and dusts in ceiling corners. It shows me the staff don’t give attention to details. Their cleaning service is request only, not daily cleaning like other hotels.

Staffs are okay. They don’t go out of the way to help you unless you talk with them. I ask questions and they don’t really help answer you questions.

If you are looking for a hotel with beach, don’t stay here. It says private beach, but it’s a boat dock area. I asked for beach with sands and they told me mactan newton beach. I went there and wasn’t impressed.

This hotel is a service you ask, they will do it, not provide. They charge shuttles to airport more than you can pay less for taxi or grab service. It’s hard to get Grab service here, drivers often cancels the pick ups from aozora seaside mactan hotel. It is frustrating and inconvenience for people who wants to go into town to eat or sightsee somewhere.

If you are the type to stay at hotel, and don’t mind constructions mess, and don’t need a beach. This is the place for you. Otherwise spend your money...

We stayed here August 27, 2019 (for one night), when we checked-out the next day and let them check before we go (as usual hotel do) then fter a couple of HOUR they told us that we DAMAGED the duvet and a bed sheet because I have my monthly period that time, i believe duvet had three spots (thumb size) while bed sheet had only a pea size only, and it cost me 2500 pesos! I complaint and i offer to bring it a nice and expensive laundry shop but they refused I even negotiate that to pay half or 1250.00 but the rude stupid Japanese owner refused to he even spitted his saliva without even apologizing!!!! Blood stain (monthly period) is already a damaged now! they should have told us to not lay down on the bed so their hotel wont get dirty! As if their hotel is clean and pretty it was not! Our bathroom is cleaner than their bathroom! Stupid rules! Blood stain of a woman is now a damage is now a damaged! as if their hotel is clean! it cost me a lot! 3,300 pesos for one night and a blood stain damage because of a monthly period cost me Php 2500! the owner or manager (Japanese is so RUDE)! As if their hotel is a five star hotel! phew! ||||Again blood stain or monthly period is not a damage! I cant control my blood to overflow at night when sleeping and its just three spots...

The very small air conditioning unit is way too weak for a medium sized room. Very hot above 1 meter from floor. Poor air circulation. Air con unit near floor, needs to be moved to ceiling height. Large gap above bathroom door allows warm air to be drawn into room. NOT comfortable. Room needs ceiling insulation and double pane windows.

Good variety of breakfast items. Brewed coffee would be better than Nescafe packets. Food was very good for complimentary breakfast.

Pool is clean and well filtered.

PADI dive classes on-site with separate dive-class pool.

No beach.

Island tours, parasailing available from nearby tour operators.

Quiet nights sleep.

Shower water heater worked excellent.

Good room wi-fi signal.

Location 15km away from Cebu City malls and restaurants. Constant heavy traffic. Taxi about 320php each way.

Very attentive and...

Customer service is excellent. I went out to jog and realized that my phone slipped out of my shallow shorts pocket along the way. The receptionists called my phone and spoke to the kid who found it. I then hitched on the hotel motorbike to retrieve the phone. They were very helpful. My mom and I stayed in the corner room on the 3rd floor. It had a fantastic view of the ocean. There was no beach but the sea was shallow (just ankle deep during low tide) so non swimmers should be okay. The restaurant serves healthy a la carte meals, except for their set breakfast. The public port going to Olango island is a short 5 minute walk away which was perfect for us and way cheaper than going island hopping via private boat rides.

The staff are very nice and friendly. The room was a good size for the price and overlooked the sea which was nice. If you can get rooms 10 or 18 you will have a nice view. The shower was a little annoying ranging between hot and cold - maybe some water mixing issue. Other than that everything was fine. The food was generally ok but would rather eat elsewhere. The pool was good but overall the area is in need of some upgrades. With a little extra money this place could be very good and offer something akin to its neighbor. For the price and friendliness of the staff I would stay again but if I had some extra money I would stay somewhere else.

I liked the hotel very much. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are very large and clean. You can ask for room cleaning every day. The including restaurant has good variety of food and snacks: filipino or western dishes. Wifi is fast but sometimes didn't work. We were here one week in offseason, so there were some works around the hotel. I recommend it, because also the price is okay.
