Excellent dinner spot. The space is elegant and exudes class. There is attention to detail in the decor, no evidence of flies (much appreciated), and the graceful quiet ambiance is reminiscent of many upscale traditional Asian dining establishments that I have visited.
The food is very well made with fresh ingredients. Being an experimental cook (not always successful) myself, I can immediately tell when something is off. I am happy that they are located on Mactan, not far from the airport because I would want to come back again next time I come through this area. Yes, it is that good.
We spent 10 days in the Philippines on various islands and I must say this was one of the best meals we had. Portions are reasonable and the flavors were rich but not too salty (many local restaurants are way too salty for us).
They even have a shuttle service for a small fee to bring you back to your hotel or other nearby spots after your meal! What a pleasant surprise for us.

Read moreThe moment I stepped in, I was consoled to see so many Korean guests. If this restaurant is good enough for locals to frequent, I thought, then they must be doing something great! Of the few times I get things right, I’m glad our first-ever visit was one of those times.
The food, by far, uses the freshest ingredients. I think the shrimp in my seafood soup was freshly caught the very same day we ordered it. The spice levels are to the local Korean’s liking, so be warned! Finally, the salads did not disappoint.
This is my first-time in a Vietnamese-Korean fusion restaurant, and I wish there were more of them. The only downside in this review is that the place is rather out of the way for most. Yet, if it gets crowded on a Thursday night, then that gives me hope that we might soon see another branch in a more accessible area of the city.
Come and experience this quaint restaurant for yourself! It’s...
