I visited this restaurant today and while the food was delicious and the kitchen looked very clean, I unfortunately had an unpleasant experience that left me with a bad impression.

We finished our meal around 2:30 PM, and a petite Filipina staff member handled our payment. At first, I thought I didn’t have enough pesos, so I asked to pay in dollars. Later I found more pesos and decided to pay in pesos instead. At that point, she sighed and showed an annoyed expression, which already made my group feel uncomfortable.

Later, we requested the drop-off service but realized we needed to stop by a convenience store, so we canceled it. Again, she gave us an unpleasant look, and even though I apologized twice, she ignored me completely.

This was very disappointing because the rest of the staff were extremely friendly, the food was excellent, and everything seemed well-maintained. Sadly, the final interaction ruined the overall experience and made me regret visiting despite all the good points.

I truly hope this staff member receives proper service training, as it’s frustrating to have such a negative ending to what could have been a perfect dining experience.
