The Sails — Restaurant in Lapu-Lapu

The last time (August 20, 2019) we visited the place, the crew is not very attentive, they were rude and we felt a little discrimination. We called for a reservation 4 times and confirmed it. When we arrive, they have a lot of questions. Three (3) minutes before 0630, we were just right outside the eatery and it was raining heavily, the crew knew we'll be dining in, but they never offered nor cared to let us in. Instead, they just look at us as if were just bystanders.

Another thing is that when we're still getting our food, the staff directly ask for our payment. Not sure about the restaurant's scheme, but I'm pretty sure every buffet restaurant, customer should be eating first before paying. Given that this restaurant is under the management of a five (5) star hotel, they should take pride in organization's reputation. Even if you're already working in a well-known company, it doesn't mean you're already at your best.

Doing extra mile by attending customer's need will always leave excellence remark to costumers. I know this review will be taken as "another stupid complain" from another "ungrateful customer", but hopefully this will be taken care of and somehow the crew will be transparent enough and not being judgmental regardless of how...

So much for “good for kids” description. Head supervisor was such a racist to her own kind. After 4 years away and as an OFW, had a booking at Movenpick, me and my friends had a catch up and decided to have a get-together lunch here after not seeing for ages.

We we’re being told off to get my 6 month old baby and my friends 2 kids to keep their voice down rudely. Seriously? Korean kids on the far end we’re even noisier.You will get sued for discrimination in the 1st world countries for such actions.

It wasn’t the type of service I was expecting after paying almost ₽11T for a night and a lunch bill of ₽8T....
