I am leaving a feedback for those who are legit checking the hotel and also because we enjoyed our stay.
We stayed there 3D2N. We arrived 2hrs earlier than the check in time but they allowed us to park and wait in the kubo while they clean the room. But we had lunch outside and returned 1pm then they gave us the keys to the room. They assisted us with our bags and queries from the moment we arrived until we left which is really nice of them.
3-5mins walk to Kabsat/beach and 7-10mins walk to urbiztondo center. Good place if you prefer to distant from the noise. Although they have a bar in front of the hotel, the sound didn’t bothered us. We had good sleep!!
Given the price of the room, it was worth it. Clean, they have hot water!! Spacious and smells nice. They offered free bfast and pool was available. Kubos were clean and usable. They don’t ask for corkage fee just eat outside the room and ofc claygo.
Overall definitely recommendable, only thing was the water from shower is sometimes weak but still it is function-able. If we return in Elyu, we’ll prob add this to our options where to stay.
Thank you so much for short but good...
Read moreLocation-wise, Chill’n Hotel is great, it’s convenient, the rooms are clean, and the staff are accommodating. The complimentary breakfast is also a nice bonus.
However, communication could be improved. Since their main booking channel is through Messenger, I expected quicker responses, but I had to go to the hotel personally just to finalize my reservation.
This was my third time staying at Chill’n Hotel, and unlike my previous visits, we were suddenly required to purchase wristbands that the staff said were mandated by the LGU. We had already been in LU for two days and even stayed at another hotel before this, but no one mentioned or sold us wristbands there nor did we notice other people wearing them. What felt off was when they said it costs ₱50 each, but charged us ₱105 for two, without clearly explaining the extra ₱5.
Overall, the stay was comfortable, but clearer communication and more transparency with policies would make the experience...

And you will not feel safe there because everything you do they are watching you will feel like you are criminal in their premises Anna was worse she treated us so bad that we have to experience this kind of treatment she made our vacation in La Union so bad 🥹 we are so kind enough that we treated them well though they dont. I lost my 600 pesos but i dont wanna blame it to them since i dont have any evidence and also they are the only incharge who have...
