The place is easy to find. It's near the highway and even if you don't have a car you can walk for about 5mins after getting off the bus. Check in is at 2pm and they expect you to check out at 11am the following day. We came in at 11pm and we were told to pay Php 500 if we want to check in early. Of course we refused. We spent sometime at a cafe near them because theirs aren't open. The room we rented has 1 double bed and has it's own restroom. We booked this room through Agoda so it was a bit cheaper. The room's locked with a door knob that's about to fall off. If you're staying inside the room you can lock it inside with another bolt but if you're going out the only lock you have is that flimsy excuse for a door knob. The restroom does not have a working heater and the lock is broke. So if your staying with someone you have to constantly remind them that you are inside the restroom. The tv has cable but it doesn't have good reception. The airconditioning works, thanks GOD! Now they have their own "restaurant" and you can get a complimentary breakfast from 6-11 in the morning. First off they are definitely not open for 24h. I'm not sure about lunch but when we wanted to eat something at 3 PM in the afternoon, the resto is closed. Which sucks because it was raining cats and dogs so we can't really go out. The only place that will deliver is KFC. So kudos to KFC. The resto is open at night until around 8PM, I guess. The food is okay. But there's not much option, although they have this menu (same with Dal-luyon Cafe Gallery where we spent time before checking in at Costa Villa, so I guess it's the trend there or something). For breakfast we were offered 2 choices, either ham or hotdog to go along with our rice and sunny side up. You can also get free coffee only (no hot choco so that broke my heart a bit 💔). Same with dinner, there aren't a lot of choices with the food. Service wise the staff aren't really that accomodating. They don't go out of their way to help their guest. Whenever we go to their office it's almost like they were ignoring us. In summary, it's a mistake staying there and not worth the money we spent. I definitely won't be staying there when I go back...

Pros: Location was ok, near public beach. Water heater for shower and water pressure for shower was good. With parking along the road. Breakfast included (just gave to people outside coz it doesn't look good)
Cons: The place and facilities are old, dark, dirty, and room was full of mosquitoes. I've told the front desk bout the mosquitoes and it's like they didn't hear anything and didn't do anything about it.
NO WIFI NO SIGNAL FOR YOUR PHONE AND DATA INSIDE THE ROOM.
Staff needs more training. The lady knocked in the doors at 6AM in the morning (I'm still in my deep sleep here) just to give the breakfast in Styrofoam? Seriously, she knocked too much I thought there was an emergency or something. Have they not thought that people are still sleeping at 6Am in the morning? They should have just let the guests to take the breakfast in the reception or front desk. By the way, they do have a restaurant upstairs so I don't get it why they deliver at 6am.
The lock in the door when you get outside is very old and can easily be opened if picked with pvc card. Lock inside has barrel bolt. But it's scary to leave your valuables inside.
NO security. Anyone from the road can come up to your room,, knock or open the doors.
The bedsheets, pillow cases and curtains are very dirty. I covered these with towel and blanket. Aircon also full of disgusting gunk. Not cleaned and changed the way it looks like.
If I were given the chance to return to LU, I will not be staying at this place again. Will book somewhere else. You can probably find other places that gives same price with better and...
Read moreWe booked a room that is good for 2 pax for 1,800/night for 1 night stay.
We arrived around 2:40 AM (via Partas bus) so we were very early for check in. We decided to go to the hotel to try if we could do early check in. Initially, the guy manning the reception said we could do early check in for 1,000.00 on top of the 1,800.00 rate. I asked if he could lower it a little bit which he did, so for early check in we paid 500.00 bringing our whole stay for 2,300.00.
Since we were very tired, we immediately changed our clothes and slept. In the morning we realized we were given only 1 towel (which was okay since we brought compressed towels) and NO toiletries. Again, good thing we brought our own. Apparently, you have to pay for all the toiletries if you forgot to bring them.
Our bed is okay, enough for 2 pax but the pillows smells terrible. I had to put clothes on top of it so I can use it. We did not complain about this. Then come the bathroom. Shower does not work because the tube connecter has a hole so water leaks. Also, they need to replace the shower head (check photo). No tissue roll readily available too, you will need to ask for it. TV not working too.
A small store is available at the reception which is great but if you are checking in, I highly suggest you bring your own plates/utensils/cups because they charge those.
Packed breakfast included but by the time we ate it was alreadt very cold. I hope it was made to order/requested. No coffee/tea/juice/water included.
Staff are very nice and accommodating though. So...
