I guess those who rated 5 stars have not tried other Thai restaurants in the Metro, I would have rated the restaurant perhaps a 3.5.

Pros: If you are craving for Thai food, this is a good place to try one time. The pork belly was tender and tasted good. Rice was cooked well. They offer Gcash payment with a QR code.

Cons: The place offers an al fresco dining experience so it could be hot during summer and when the sun is at it's peak during Lunch time. Ordered Pad Thai but I guess it was a hit and miss, the pasta was a bit chewy, maybe needed 2 to 3 minutes more cooking time (gave the feedback to the crew in person). I would have not ordered the fresh spring rolls if I could've just taken the time to read the reviews here: this can be improved if they do not use cabbage with carrots and cucumber. Even the customers beside our table didn't get to eat the whole bunch of spring rolls - such a waste. I hope they can revisit their recipe, for its price, change the cabbage to crabsticks.

Service from the crew was basic. They frequently leave the counter empty so no one greets you when you come in, not even someone to give you the Menu to order. They would always go to the kitchen so you have to serve yourself, like if you need chopsticks or cultery. The pick-up or claim area doesn't quite make sense cause the place is quite small, so the food can simply be served directly on the table.

But will I go back? Perhaps just to purchase Thai Milk Tea (must try) to go (which, they charge extra for...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

We called at 11am hoping to get a reservation for 5pax at 2pm. We asked first if they accept reservations, they said they do but they can only hold the table for 10 minutes. So we made a reservation for 5pax at 2pm. They confirmed and they even reassured us that there's amppe parking space.

We arrived at 1:51pm, hungry but very excited to try the food cause a lot of people online have been saying that the food is good. The place was packed with people but we weren't worried because we did make a reservation ahead of time.

We notified the staff regarding our reservation ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THEY DIDN'T RESERVE US ANY TABLE AT ALL.

We were furious. I asked the woman in the cash register and her excuse was "dumagsa po kasi yung tao eh kaya pinapasok na namin sila."

.........

I thought so hard trying to find a way to understand her logic. She then called another staff to explain the situation to me. I kept explaining to them the purpose of a "reservation". They were looking at us mad as if we were the ones in the wrong. Then they left us there and all went to the back of the restuarant. They weren't coming out to talk to us so we just left.

Worst customer...

I love the overall interior of the place as it is very cozy. The resto is also very quiet since it is a stand-alone establishment. I ordered their Thai Iced Tea. By preference I like it sweeter and milkier - theirs has a more prominent tea flavor. P160 per glass is a bit expensive, IMHO. I also ordered their Shrimp Pad Thai and I was a bit disappointed. The serving portion is small and I only saw 2 tidbits of overcooked shrimp. Taste- wise, the hibi (dried shrimp) is overpowering the dish, it felt like I was eating binagoongan. It has a right balance of sweetness, nutiness and spiciness, but I was grasping for a more tamarind flavor. I also wish that the nuts and chilis were served on the side so guests can control the heat and nutiness as per liking.

Service can also be improved. Staff were not that welcoming and were only doing the bare minimum. It also took a while for them to...
