MANIPON TRANSIENT HOUSE — Hotel in Luzon

If there is an option of no star, I would give it to you. Kahit 1 star hindi nyo deserve. This transient is not hospitable. Caretakers don’t care about the guests. There is a fee to use the kitchen but seems like they don’t want you to use it. There are many rules written on the paper but the caretakers themselves don’t follow. Just like the kitchen needs to be clean and the dishes need to be washed but they are not clean and there are lots of piles of them. Nakatambak hugasin sa kitchen at nakikipag unahan pa sa pagluto ang caretaker imbes nakareserve sa guests na magluto. As soon as you arrive, they won’t even let you bring your stuff up because the immediate payment is in their mind. This is not a typical transient that makes you feel at home. I hope the caretakers have proper training and not just watch over the guests movements. It’s disapponting specially since I know the Ilocanos for being hospitable. They pretend the internet is down but it’s not really working. Maiintindihan mo pa yung hotel na hindi family vibe pero sa isang transient? Sayang bayad. This is an honest review so you can improve. Highly NOT recommended. Has only 1 bathroom alloted for a room that can hold up to 15 pax. Really a struggle especially if your group needs to take a bath simultaneously.

Space of the room is too small for 11-15 pax. The isle of the room can't even fit 2 people.

Bathroom space is too tight.

Management is poor. One of our friend lost their wallet placed on the bed before we left to swim. Doors were double-checked to make sure its locked. But unfortunately upon our return, 1 out of 2 doors was broken and was opened and the wallet was nowhere to be found. Management were playing safe on their decisions without having the initiate to act properly on the said issue. First, the location is superb at an affordable price(I mean, you just need to walk for 5mins and you'll reach 7/11, bar,restaurants & the beach--btw at 11pm, the only place open for meal is 7/11😅, yeah they have curfew 😭),anyway, back to the place--they have parking space, & they have mute&deaf as attendant in front(Medyo mahirap lang makipagcommunicate, pero it's manageable,  mabait naman 😁) The only downside as they say, Yung 1bathroom lang---pero we paid at lesser cost compared to a hotel room so it's cool(Asa area naman na tayo😆)

Anyway, if I'm in the area with a group next time, we'll reconsider this place for sure. (Wala lang palang signal na kapag wala...
