I am thrilled to share my exceptional experience at Aruga Hotel, an outstanding apartment hotel that sets a new standard of excellence in the Philippines. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the incredible receptionist, Karen, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional.
Upon checking in, we discovered that the twin studio room we had booked had twin beds, which was not suitable for a couple like us. However, when Karen learned about our predicament, she immediately took charge and upgraded us to a luxurious one-bedroom suite. The suite was simply magnificent, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful living room, and a spacious bedroom.
The quality of the rooms at Aruga Hotel rivals that of renowned 5-star hotels like Shangri-La. The furnishings are of the highest caliber, exuding elegance and style. Every detail has been meticulously chosen to create a luxurious and comfortable ambiance. The amenities provided are also on par with those of a 5-star hotel, further enhancing the overall experience.
One aspect that truly impressed us was the full-sized kitchen in our suite. It was equipped with a large refrigerator and stove, allowing us the convenience of preparing our meals whenever we desired. This added benefit, combined with the exceptional quality of the accommodations, made our stay at Aruga Hotel truly outstanding.
What sets Aruga Hotel apart from other luxury accommodations is its affordability. Despite offering amenities and services comparable to those of 5-star hotels, Aruga Hotel provides all of this at a fraction of the price. This combination of exceptional quality and affordability makes it the best apartment hotel in the Philippines, without a doubt.
In conclusion, our experience at Aruga Hotel exceeded all expectations. The automatic room upgrade, courtesy of the amazing receptionist Karen, ensured that we had a truly memorable stay. The impeccable quality of the rooms, the beautiful furnishings, and the top-notch amenities make Aruga Hotel a standout choice for travelers seeking luxury and comfort.
We highly recommend Aruga Hotel to anyone looking for an extraordinary accommodation experience in the Philippines. It is a gem that combines the best of both worlds: the comfort and elegance of a 5-star hotel at a fraction of the price. Don't miss the opportunity to indulge in the unparalleled hospitality of Aruga Hotel.
Thank you, Aruga Hotel, for an exceptional stay that exceeded all expectations.

Read moreThis was our 2nd summer stay at Aruga. We enjoyed our stay here in 2022 and decided to stay here again. Our stay was for 30 days and I have nothing of major concerns to mention. It's a good place to stay if you like a quiet hotel. I've been to hotels with names many travelers are familiar with, but nothing beats Aruga. I'm very impressed with the service and staff. The company did well to address any issues we had during our stay and dealt with it promptly and professionally. I was also impressed that staff from our previous stay remembered our names, we're not used to that and I thought that was cool.
We had a one bedroom suite and it had everything we needed for our stay, most importantly for us, a kitchen and washer dryer. The washer dryer worked well in case anyone reading this is wondering.
The location in Rockwell keeps it in reasonable distance from most of the shopping malls, airport and hospital. It's connection to the powerplant mall leaves us with convenient access to many eateries, shops, foreign exchange and courier services, which is a huge highlight of this hotel.
I also found Rockwell area to be very safe to walk around and at night they close off the area to one entry and exit area. You can jog or take walks in the evening without worry.
Front desk was also able to help us book a van to transport us and all our luggage to the airport. Both check in and check out were seamless.
As a frequent visitor of the Philippines, Aruga is now my go to place for rooming and at the moment I wouldn't recommend any other place.

they would only give you 1 keycard. Usually, a hotel gives you 2. Probably they do this to make sure to save electricity. Because you are force to bring it along when you go out the room Elevator is small-claustrophobics beware. So if by chance, there would be lots of guests, it will take time before you could go up and down. TV is so complicated. You need to use 3 remote controls just to watch something. And if you manage to do so, they only have one movie channel-HBO. Unless, you have a netflix account you coulld log in and watch that instead They don’t have the best toiletries. Considering the money you paid. It’s like drive in motel toiletries Where else can you find instructions for the shower? It’s too complicated. Breakfast is no buffet. Set meal only of miniscule serving. Supposed to include fruit plate and drinks like coffee but was served late-after finishing eating. They didn’t even bother to provide drinking water and sugar.
Special mention and Kudos to one of their housekeeping-didn’t get his name. He’s the only saving grace of the property. He attended to my requests and needs promptly
Bottomline, unless you’re a VIP or rich, you won’t get the kind of service you deserve. This is not an opinion. But, base on keen...
