Great arm workout. (karekare Manam edition)( I don't know why the video isn't working but. The tripe was hard as if it was blanched. If u ever cooked in a kitchen, at home or for business. You know that is NOT getting out. Come on! Meat is cooked in batches and is cut with a KNIFE. No matter how sharp that was for sure you'll know hard this thing was.) (Hindi rin po masarap ung kare kare tastes artificial. I cant talk for the whole resto but I can speak for what was served on our table. Right?) Waiter: "Sorry po if di nyo NA-ENJOY yung food" (di ako nagreklamo i just informed the waiter but he replies as if our standards are too high) Was offered not to pay the kare kare..I said NO! Was offered free desserts... I said NO! Excuse me, but we can afford our food. You cant just give us free food and be free to ruin a supposedly simple dinner. I ordered Pancit Bihon expecting they'd make up for the mistake. but here comes the pancit with I swear to God raw-chopped-stringed-beans. (I hope you have a conscience people. I couldnt stand my poor niece sighing in disatisfaction) (If I could cancel these people I'd surely do. ) We PAID for everything and transferred to CIBO, to release the anguish, and yeah nothing beats a classic. c/o Chef Fores

The food: Very nice and delicious food, we ordered the braised then fried chicken and pork adobo in Small, the Crispy Pata Tim in Small, the adobong kang kong in medium and 2 portions of rice. Overall portions were fair for the price however we would recommend medium portions for sharing as the adobo and pata was quite small for two people. The service: Unfortunately, we ran into some service problems. Our food came out staggered and our waitress accidentally put down the wrong crispy pata order - but it was delicious nonetheless and I’m glad because the pandesal it came with was so good! She was apologetic and the staff were friendly. Interiors were nice, we were sat at a massive table all to ourselves. Overall, would recommend coming for the food and hopefully this time’s service was a one off as it was busy!

I'm a food blogger & my YouTube channel " REPS STUDIO ". MANAM POWERPLANT I'm visiting Manila from Malaysia, I really enjoyed dining at your restaurant, food is excellent. I miss Filipino food so much. This was my second time having lunch. Only complaint was the menu book handed to me was damage, you can see it on the photos attached. And the unstable table but the waiter fixed it by putting a rubber under the foot of the table. Hope they have fixed that, so no need to keep placing the rubber under the table to prevent the table from moving. That's all

We visited for a family dinner, curious about the hype surrounding this place. I appreciated the variety in serving sizes and found the prices quite reasonable. However, I found the overall gastronomic experience to be underwhelming. The food didn’t quite live up to the expectations, and I didn’t find anything particularly special or unique about the Filipino dishes with a twist. I think I’d prefer enjoying Filipino comfort food at home. Overall, I’m glad to have experienced Manam, but I likely won’t be returning.

I've been to Manam in a different branch about 6 years ago and remember it being great. I wanted Filipino food as I was visiting after years and was honestly very underwhelmed. Although the crispy sisig was great, sinigang was cold and had a sweeter taste. Food was also served cold. The prices are way too high for the flavour and experience, and I would stick to other more local restaurants for authentic Filipino food. I'm usually not too fussy with food but I wouldn't go back.
