The discount cards they offer repeat clients is quite useful and cuts your hotel expenditure by a good percentage. I was given great discounts cards by their supervisors for short and long term stay as a returning guest. There are few types of accommodation, mainly Econo, Premium, Executive and Deluxe. All are exceptionally clean each time I visit. Food service is available 24/7. They have hot and cold showers, TV, Wi-Fi in all rooms. Ive complaint because AC is not working, we were so tired because we travelled from batangas from 4:00am, go around manila to submit application in different agencies and checkin at hotel soho around 8:00pm. We were so exhausted because we are not familiar in Manila, we walked , we took a jeep , we get lost and we were so hungry. I should have read the reviews before checking in because all the bad reviews are TRUE. 1st room at the 9th floor we got, we had these issues: Main door's 2nd lock is not working. The 2nd door is bloated that's why it's really hard to close/open and you have to use extra strength to slide the other lock in place. Then the ceiling lights right above the bed is hanging out and busted, so is the one by the door. And there's a strand of hair of the nether regions on the bed. So we asked to be transferred. 2nd deluxe room at the 6th flr, the aircon is defective, couldn't get the room cool even after 20 mins. We tried using the aircon remote, and surprise! It's not working. Add tv remote that turned on the tv to an adult channel but won't work to change channels or to turn off the unit.
