Eating at this restaurant was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. The service was atrocious. Every server, except one, acted like our presence was a burden, making us feel like we were ruining their day just by being there. It was nearly impossible to get them to refill our orders, despite it being an unlimited service. They would be going from table to table, but it was obvious that they were intentionally avoiding eye contact so that they wouldn't have to serve us. At one point, 5 out of 8 of us were raising our hands frantically just to get their attention.

To add to this disaster, a cockroach scurried past the feet of customers at a nearby table, causing a commotion. DISGUSTING. This place is clearly not up to standard.

Their boast about importing meats from South Korea is laughable. There was absolutely nothing special about the food, especially when paired with the horrendous service.

To top it all off, they don't accept card payments or GCash. My friend had previously paid with GCash, so we didn’t expect this sudden change. We were forced to leave the restaurant to withdraw cash, and the staff couldn't have cared less about our inconvenience.

This place is a disgrace. The terrible service and lack of basic customer care completely overshadow any potential merits of their food. Considering that there are SOOO MANY OPTIONS at the same price range, avoid this restaurant at all costs unless they make some...

Warning! This is not a Korean BBQ place. The "grill' was not working. According to our server they currently have no charcoal. Unfortunately they informed us about this the way after ( when our order was already on the table). So instead of Korean BBQ we got regular fried meat (total of 8-9 very small pieces = 1400 peso with no salt and spices:) Beef was overcooked. The side dishes were not fresh. Service is very very poor . The "restaurant" is dirty and very old. The plates and tissue were not clean as well. On top of it I got a cockroach on my table. And this is not a joke. It was a young one very small but still it was there! When i call server and informed her about this she was not even surprised and even tried to kill it in front of me. Hopefully the change from the bill was already on the way and i did not saw a "cockroach murder". Honestly this was a worse food experience in my entire life. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone! Better to try any other places you will save your mood and...

Went here since I was passing by for a late lunch. The place was almost empty since it was off hours but there are still some customers still eating and ordering. The place looked nice, felt more like a house's dining room than restaurant but that gives it charm. The menu is catered more for sanguypsal and group meals but they also have small orders which is excellent. The pricing for the dishes is quite affordable, especially the unli sangyupsal. When I sat down to order, they gave me free appetizers. I ordered the Yug Hoi Dulsot, a kind of hot stone bibimbap but the beef is fresh and uncooked. After 20 - 30 mins, my dish arrived with a bowl of soup. The bibimbap was delicious. The meat was not too tough and the rice was not too plentiful. It has a good ratio of toppings and rice and the sauce was also flavourful. The soup tasted clean and its also a good pairing with the bibimbap. However, I'm a little disapointed that they dont accept card payments. But all in all, its good place and thankfully I didnt...

Grill is not working and we were informed only after we have made our order and side dishes have been served. Staff told us that it will be them who will grill the food for us but when Samgyeopsal and ox tongue were served, it looked fried and not grilled. Cook had to ring the bell several times to let the staff know that our food is ready to be served but it still took a little while for them to serve it considering that there were no other guests on time that we dined in. Unlimited side dishes but we never asked for refill since food is just okay. Place is old and doesn't look a 100% clean. Smoking is allowed inside. Online, it says place has wi-fi but when asked for wi-fi password, staff told us that only owners know the password but the owners are not around that time. Insect killers are sold inside, however, these are placed near the freezer where ice cream products are sold as well.
