KFC — Restaurant in Quezon City

Last time we went here, we asked the staff nicely if we can dine with our toy poodle inside since we are aware that not all restaurants are pet-friendly. She told us it's fine and assisted us to a table not far enough from the counter. We were sitting there the whole time where the manager can clearly see us with our toy poodle. After deciding what to eat for a couple of minutes, I got up, went to the counter to order, waited for them to prepare the food (which btw was so slowww despite the store being almost empty except for us and like two other people), got our order and went back to our table. The whole process was so slow that they had more than enough time to tell us if pets weren't actually allowed inside. Would be understandable to just tell us they made a mistake letting us in but instead they let us order first and allowed us to even "dine in". As soon as I was about to take a bite of my food, the manager went up to us to tell us that we can't eat inside with our pet. Why did they even let us in, order, and serve us non takeaway food with non-disposable plates and all. They should've just not let us inside with our pet in the first place. In Canada, the Zinger is one of my favourites. The meat is thick, the coating is crunchy. The sauce is great.

I decided to try it while I’m here in Philippines. Waited awhile to get it, when I did receive it I couldn’t wait to bite in. The coating was crunchy and good, unfortunately the chicken was thin to almost non-existent in some parts of the batter. Like the thinest slice of chicken possible coated with a lot of batter. I wasn’t happy, I almost returned it. Also, no more fries and all they had was mashed potatoes. A very very small container. I won’t be back and look forward to KFC...

KFC SM Fairview Branch. Visited Saturday 14 June. We don’t like writing a bad review. This kfc branch wasn’t very good at all. Where do we start …… Service first of all was poor, no Coca Cola available, no gravy available, wait time for a bucket of chicken was ridiculous & not served in a bucket , the chicken looked nothing like the chicken on the menu display ! The tables were a joke , completely covered with cups and rubbish. The place is dirty. Worst dining experience ever. We certainly would not revisit here or recommend this place to anyone.
