The place is nice. I love how private it is. I dont mind if its far from the main. The only thing i didnt like here is the ac its not too cold. When you just came from a scourching heat outside you would want a room to go in thats cold. The beach is quite far from tje hotel and they dont have a gulf cart that can bring you at anytimetou want. Not suitable for senior citizen and pwd. They have golft carts but for rent.. They have bike for rent but priced at 600 per hour. They have a van that csn take you to the beach but onlynif...

the place is still unfinished, which is understandable, but it's also understandable as to why im giving this review. when we entered our room, there was sand. we were staying as three, and there was only a double bed and no sofa bed, but that problem was quickly solved. it is a good place, but there is a lack of staff around in the hotel for my liking.

the location is perfect, right by the beach, and there are little shops right on the coast, and a swimming pool, which was perfect for the night.

New coast is an overall disappointing area of boracay. The huge potential seems wasted because of the owners cutting corners. They should have kept more forest just like Fairways and Bluewater did, instead of chopping everything down. Everything made of out cheap non-coated material is already starting to fall apart after barely a few years. (You can see people painting over rust spots to try to hide them).

I don't see the financial point of these properties, as an investor I'd be...
