The most rude owners ever do not even eat here! I messaged them on their socials and SMS to investigate on why my delivered food did not have any sauce and she (Sheila who I assume is the owner) was rude to me from the start. We had a call and she kept talking and attacking me while I was explaining why I sent them a message.

From a simple investigation on why our order was incomplete to a full argument over phone because she was being rude while I was only investigating. And she had the nerve to drop the call while I was explaining the facts!

I was only asking for them to check with their Boracay branch on what happened and she started talking circles about how they don’t do deliveries etc. We ordered via Boracay Pabili which is a delivery service where a rider buys your food and delivers it to your hotel. I told her that nonetheless, that was not the problem as how ever way I ordered they should have given the full order. That’s when she dropped the call.

We went here last year and enjoyed the food and now we had food delivered again because of that experience but never again! Trust me that I will be an advocate against this business both in Boracay and Manila.

Rude owners who shout at their customers and don’t care...

Place and food are quite okay, but the service is terrible. The server didn't know anything about their food. For instance, the server couldn't even say what kind of meat was in the quesadilla.

When it was time to pay, we used our PWD cards, but they didn’t give us any discounts. Worse, they didn’t even inform us that our cards wouldn’t be honored. We didn’t have a chance to double-check the amount either. My wife only realized there was no discount because the amount she paid matched the menu prices.

When we asked why there was no discount, they said our card wasn’t in the system. What system were they checking? Was it the Boracay or Malay list? We acquired our cards in Bacolod, so of course, they wouldn’t...

LOVE IT 🤤 we stayed at the Savoy and wondered down for a casual convenient dinner. The food blew us away, it was delicious so flavoursome (as Mexican should be), service fantastic and great atmosphere. The music, decor and fun table lamps are all bang on! We came with 3 adults and 1 infant, everyone left full and satisfied sharing the No Mames (3 meat fully loaded) burrito bowl, salsa chips & guacamole (freshly made), tacos which were generous, not the small overpriced ones I’m used to be in Australia. I’ve already come back and had to leave a review since it’s not busy but the food quality demands that more people come and eat here. It’s in New coast which is a trip but well...

Too pricy not even real mango shake. Food is okay but very small servings so if you are too hungry the servings will not satisfy your hunger. very disappointing. will never eat here again. service and atmosphere is nice the waitress was very helpful to my mother but they can actually improve their menu specially for people who are not familiar with Mexican food with some pictures and descriptions in the menu.
