Booked the Place thru AGODA at a very reasonable price. I will not be sugar coating this review and will tell you how I see it. The reception and the 3 table dining area is beach front and is a very nice place to hangout and enjoy your breakfast. The resort building itself is very deep. Small front but a long rectangle behind it composed of 3 floors. That's the main building. Then there is an apartment complex beside it housing locals then there is the 3 storey ANNEX building behind Sandals Inn. Most pics you see would probably be of the main building. The pics included with this review is of the annex 2nd floor. The Good things: beach side not like some resorts that show a pic of the beach but they are actually nearer the main street, Station 3 is quiet, set silog bfast and others is always good, good water pressure, hot water is available, WI-FI in rooms hurray. Very friendly accommodating staff. The Bad things: the small rooms are small and cramped but hey all you need is a place to take a bath and lie down but it does take a lot of wriggling to move around, they don't fix or service your room unless you request it, bottled water is only given once, the Aircon is noisy and is very basic you can't control the fan speed, the wash basin is in the room and not in the bathroom. The walkway between the annex and the apartment is kinda like walking through a slum area where lots of unpleasant smells and where the locals would be cooking , drinking, merrymaking, doing laundry, hanging laundry, taking care of kids. That said Station 3 is what it is. Cleaner non smelly beaches, coarser sand, shorter beach area. I enjoyed all the bfast meals I had. Value for money it definitely is.

I had a fantastic 5 night stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly and professional, always willing to help. The hotel is right on the beach and has a nice bar area with tables under an umbrella so you feel like you’re right on the beach while being protected from the sun and enjoying a cold drink. I booked a superior room and was given a room on the third floor. It was wonderful and spacious. It was clean and I liked the layout. Jayson out front will give you some good deals on excursions. He is really nice to talk to and helpful. Another staff member called Jay was a wonderful server at the bar. Che (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) at reception was so sweet. She always greeted me with a beautiful smile. The other female staff members were also so lovely too. The breakfast was a nice touch. There were a few options. You help yourself to a hot coffee with creamer and a juice drink to go with your breakfast. The views, I mean the views are just incredible. It’s towards the end of station 3 and it’s quieter and to me it seemed even more beautiful than any other area of the strip. Going, I made my way there myself but to take me to the airport, transfer was 750peso. But give them 24hours notice to organise it for you. I forgot and only gave them 12 hours notice but they still managed to get it organised for me thankfully as it was first thing in the morning! The local kids are very sweet and playful. The locals in general are friendly and like chatting with the visitors. Wonderful people!

Grand blue is a decent choice when you're on a budget. Stayed here for a week. I love the included breakfast, mostly consisting of options between eggs and some kind of protein , toast and fruit, juice & coffee. Upon arrival, you're welcomed with a free drink. A friend and I stayed in a standard twin room. It was a bit small but doable. There is a lack of drawer or closet space. The furniture they provide to hang your clothes is a bit of weird design, and it tilts over as if it's about to fall. There is one small mirror over the sink, and that's it. I think a bigger one would be more appreciated by customers. I had a few issues in my room. The outlets were not working with my charger, and the water would sometimes run out. The hotel's biggest need for improvement is their cleanliness. The bed sheets and pillows and beach towels were dirty. Everything was stained with spots. The bed sheets were absolutely yellow tinted and spotty. If the hotel is going to commit to white sheets, they need to be updated and kept white. The hotel staff did their best to accommodate our needs and make staying as pleasant as possible. Overall, it's not bad but keep in mind it's budget facilities and they need to do better with their cleanliness.

We used Travel Agency PHIL wonders to book for us my Wife and My 1 yr.old Baby for 3 days Upon entering the Hotel entrance very quite…The room that we take the door very tight to open and to closed i requested to change but due to my baby already sleeping we choose to stay on that room… 1.) The terrace very dirty and the other sides too much trees, mosquitoes either in our room terrace you can’t stay over there.. 2.)We pay extra charge 500 because the real Time for check in is 14:00 o’clock which is i can’t wait because my baby is crying there was no consideration at all. 3.)I moved the Bed to put it together to avoid falling down my baby on the other hand very dirty when i moved the bed. 4.) There was no Free Water even single Bottle 5.)The coffee In sachet which is not indicated if it’s expired or not. only 1 time used, upon arrival and i requested in the reception area to give us one more the receptionist on duty asking to pay for it. 6.) If you need something you need to used your own phone to call the Lobby area there was no phone inside the Room even a simple intercom. 7.) The worst is 3 days we used the Towels no change at all the reception told me i need to ask for it…The better we bring our own towels.

P.S. i don’t write complaints or Bad but this is the worst Hotel i book and i will never recommend and comeback here.. especially it’s located In Bora..To the Management which is i didn’t see anyone asking or someone to roving and asking their Hotel...
