Clean and airy, not overcrowded like many of the Station 3 resorts. It offers better quality and comfort compared to other places within the same price range. It has been renovated in recent years, and it's a pity that most of the photos found online are old / pre-renovation. These days, Marzon has a more modern, upscale, minimalist aesthetic.

Amenities are basic but sufficient and comfortable - maybe even moderately luxurious (e.g., the larger rooms are like loft apartments with full kitchens). Spacious rooms, cozy beds. AC. Large telly with cable. Hot/cold shower, rain shower head. I love how the bathroom has a back door that leads to a private "outdoor" space (tiled and walled but open to the sky) where you can hang your wet swimwear right after you've taken it off.

Towels, soap and shampoo provided. Complimentary breakfast served in your room.

The wi-fi is strong and stable, great for remote work or online meetings (yep, I tried it). There's a table and seating inside the room as well as outside.

The resort is situated in the far end of Station 3, where it's much quieter and cleaner. It's far away from the hawkers and the party-goers and the noisy families with screaming kids. There are also less vendors and less people pushing water activities in these parts. There are nice restos and bars nearby, but none of the obnoxiously loud music. On the downside, you'd need to take a very long walk if you feel like sampling the establishments of Station 1 or 2.

The staff are very friendly, pleasant, and accommodating. They let us check in without prior reservations (since we transferred from another resort) and they made sure our needs were met. They also have a porter, so you won't have to lug your baggage through the beach.

I loved this place. Will...

|Location: *front beach, the resort is painted white NOW. What adds up to this blank canvass is the majestic view of the island in the bright day up til sunset. ( Right in this resort, is where the best view of the iconic Boracay Sunset)|| * Accessible to everything ( the beach is just in front of it. There are coffee shops nearby,|There's 7/11 for those with low-key budget|Located near the water activities center. 5-10 minute walk to approach them.) |Highly recommended for the family who wanted to bring an older family member with them. HONEST Experience, accdg. to they, they love their stay and still hope to come back soon. ( No much stairs to climb too. YES )|There's a mini garden too. I hope they could add up flowery plants that are low maintenance and withstand the heat. |The colors of the room and the sheets are just relaxing to the eyes. Honest review, the vibe of the room can make me fall sleep easily. |What I like about the bathroom is...there's a space allocated for the wet b. Suits or clothes. Easy to dry. decent rooms and decent free breakfast considering the affordable price and beachfront access.. I booked a superior room with garden view.. the room is cozy and has basic amenities.. the cr feels kind of old but it does the job.. i love the concept of the outside drying area accessible from the bathroom though I wish the floor was more even or easier to walk on.

there’s a common ref and water dispenser in the reception area which is a plus.

the garden has cozy lounge chairs to relax on. the entire resort is very relaxing and laid back.

my parents stayed in their ocean view premier rooms and loved the aesthetic vibes of those rooms.

overall, we enjoyed our stay and will consider this resort when we get back.

just take note that you have to walk from the nearest trike drop off. this can be a bit challenging when you have luggages but the hotel is willing to help....

Very worth it! The room is spacious for a family of 4. We absolutely loved the interior and especially the beach view in our room! Very relaxing and loft even has its own AC, very comfortable, great space to recharge from our activity-packed days in Boracay. Marzon Beach Resort is located in Station . We are so glad we booked here even if it’s algae season in Boracay because the beach here is spotless! No algae in sight 😉 We also love how the garden has hammock swing chairs where we can chill. As for the complimentary breakfast, there’s only a few options and tastewise, we’d rate it 3/5. Not bad and not that good.

You can't beat rooms that open up to views of the beach. This place was fantastic! The AC worked well and the staff was very accommodating. There was hot water in the shower and the place was very clean. My only con is that it is not near any of the major roads so if you have heavy luggage, I suggest you pay for a porter or be ready to carry your bags. Bc the road is mostly sand which makes it difficult to roll. Honestly not too bad all things considered.
