5 stars for the price and convenience Pretty great, if the promo prices extends for a long time.
Reminder that this is a 3-star hotel/apartelle, so it's NOT going to be a luxury experience. Contact them thru their fb page/messenger for their rooms and their rates. You can call them, too, to personally talk to the receptionist and ask your questions. Their fb contact is relatively responsive, and they provide both a landline number (PLDT) and mobile numbers (smart/TNT network).
--------- PROS: --------- food and room rates are affordable studio and 1-BR rooms are good for two, and additional head costs ₱350
the whole place is colorful and clean
cards are accepted
secure: you can't enter the floors where the rooms are easily - there's a guard on duty all the time, and they know when someone exits the premises.
has standard facilities bathroom: shower with heater, working sink and toilet w/mirror free wifi w/strong signal has drawers and cabinets has dining and kitchen area (at least, for reg 1BR) complete with refrigerator and table for two
located at a convenient area Convenience stores are everywhere (7/11 and Ministop down the street, Poy convenience store found in the 1st floor of the apartelle building, and Mercury Drugstore found at the very end of corner Sierra Madre St. & Pinatubo St.) Atms (security bank and metrobank) and BDO bank branch @cor EDSA, Reliance st., laundry shops, cafe shops, sari-sari stores, and carenderias (aside from the carenderia found within the building or their food court) nearby. There's a hospital nearby too, and you're very near Boni Station (mrt 3). Easy to commute as you're drop-off points are walking distance from Reliance - or rather you have multiple drop-off points. And it won't take you too long to get there if you're coming from NAIA. Malls are everywhere! Lol
--------- CONS: ---------- metered/limited electricity use
kinda hot and bare rooms: they're complete in furniture (bed, sofa, and dining table for 1BR) but lack appliances except for a small refridgerator and bedroom AC (aircon); ac is not strong enough however, so it would have been better if they provided electric fans too
you are allowed to cook since a room/unit has a kitchen area but you will have to rent their kitchen equipment: cuttlery & china set, cooking utensils, and equipments such as electric stove, microwave, and electric kettle. On the brighter flip side, their prices are not daily/hourly rated! So you don't have to pay for them per use/day, and their rental prices are actually really cheap👍 For example, electric kettle costs ₱50 and cup & saucer costs ₱3 each pair, (and that's for the whole stay) so, rentals aren't too harsh on your wallet, if you're prepared.
there's no additional cost to reserve rooms but you're asked to pay the total room cost upfront upon arrival -- it's okay for you to ask to pay a partial amount first, though, if circumstances prevents you from paying the full amount of the room. The staffs are nice, accommodating, and easy to talk to, however, and they are very understanding, so fixing arrangements and negotiations won't be a big issue,...
Read moreComplaint Regarding Poor Room Service Experience
Dear Frederick’s Apartelle Management,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the quality of service I recently received during my stay at your establishment. Specifically, I would like to address a troubling experience involving the delivery of coffee to our room.
On July 04 2025, a staff member delivered coffee to our room in an unprofessional and careless manner. The order was incomplete—only one cup was provided instead of two, and no sugar was brought. When I politely pointed out the issue, the staff member responded by saying she would “do it later”, accompanied by visible frustration and an unprofessional attitude. Making such comments in front of a guest reflects poorly on your service standards and was both uncomfortable and disappointing.
As a guest, I expect basic hospitality, including complete and courteous service. This experience raises concerns not only about the training and supervision of your staff but also about the criteria used in selecting individuals to represent your brand. I would appreciate it if you could clarify what standards are in place to ensure your employees consistently provide the level of service expected at a professional establishment.
I trust you will look into this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. I look forward to hearing back from you regarding how this issue will be addressed.
Sincerely, Jackielyn...
Read moreWe stayed here last Oct 19-20, 2013. We availed their 1bedroom for 22hrs at 1490PHP. They dont have a standard c/in time so you just have to count 22hrs from the time you c/in to know your c/o time. That is convenient especially if you c/in late. Unlike other who have a 2pm ckin time. You have your own kitchen and utensils where you can cook your own food, free wifi, cable tv, and hot and cold shower.Bad points I think is that they dont have bfast included in your rate but they have a convenience store at the ground floor that offers cooked meals, a limit of 15kwh at the electricity per day in excess you have to pay 13-15php per 1kwh (I forgot the exact rate) so while using aircon and their electric stove you'll be conscious on how many kwh do you consume already, but our stay is good dispite this bad points. Staffs are friendly, linens are clean, the bed is comfy, accesible to major areas/malls.(Rob forum and megamall). We'll definitely go back here. By the way they also offer 12,8 and 5 hrs of stay. You can check their site for...
