Cafe France — Restaurant in Mandaluyong

Tried to order through the phone for delivery. The person who answered started making up rules that wasn't there before. How the delivery is only available at 9am til 11am and 2pm til 4pm. How they deliver to the hospital but they can't go to our floor specifically (8th floor) but they can to the 7th. How they're not allowed to give me my food at the 7th floor when I offered to go downstairs. How I can not put in an advance order and I can only call in an order in during delivery hours. Very confusing. Maybe don't cater to the hospital directly if you don't want to.

P.S. We only considered ordering from them because their menu is on the table...

I love their menu. Excellent breads and pastries as well as savory pasta dishes. It's just with the place. This branch gets so loud. The sounds just bounce off the walls since interior walls are mostly concrete and then the glass. I think they need to renovate the area. It also is a bit hot inside to be honest. You'd be lucky if there wasn't a group dining and having a meeting there coz as I said,...
