UPDATE as of June 5, 2024: Base rate of Php50 for the first 3 hours unchanged. Hourly rate is now Php20 (was Php30). Overnight fee increased to Php500 (was Php200). Overnight fee* now applies when you exit after 2AM the following day (was 10AM).
*Overnight fee applies when your date of entry is different from your date of exit and is applied ON TOP of your actual rate. Case A: Enter June 5 11:59PM and Exit June 6 2:01AM pay Php50 + Php500 (base + overnight) Case B: Enter June 5 12:01AM and Exit June 6 1:59AM - Pay Php50 + (Php20 x 23) no overnight.
Note: Apparently they change rates on a relatively short notice. They apply the current rates when you EXIT (kinda wrong of them to do this, personally). Park at your own risk~
Original review still holds. Slightly better for those who park for work or need to leave their car for a day. Practically a scam for overnight parkers (try your luck at Avida Centera or settle for Rockwell Sheridan)

For someone who regularly parks here for 8-12 hours, it's really a x3 increase in price. Would recommend for short parking for a lunch or dinner but is now way too pricey for overnight or parking during...

HOWEVER, as of writing, the automated ticketing system is busted (for many months now) and the ticket attendants are unbearably slow at their job. We have queued at the exit in excess of 30 minutes, believe it or not (this is on weekday evenings). There should be a policy that if anyone crosses the hourly threshold while in line, the attendant will be the one to pay for the additional charge. I'm normally very tolerant of tedious thankless jobs, but in this case I've rolled up to that window several times just to see the staff casually chatting with each other instead of focusing on getting everyone through without delay. Curiously, even entering can create a line at times, which I don't understand since all the attendant has to do is encode the card and hand it to you.
The parking fee is not an insubstantial amount, and neither is the volume of daily customers; the management needs to either invest in fixing their ticketing machines, or train their...
