OYO 474 Urbandeca Tower 316 - Nizami Condotel — Hotel in Mandaluyong

The location is very good and convenient since it is near Megamall, Greenfield, and has easy access to the MRT station.

However, the service and room conditions were quite disappointing.

We requested the TV remote control three times but it was never provided.

The faucet in the sink was not working, and although we mentioned it to the handler, no staff came to check.

The bidet holder was also broken.

The room was not very clean; the mirrors and some parts of the wall clearly showed it had not been properly cleaned.

On a positive note, Ms. [Name] was accommodating, which we appreciated.

Thankfully, we only stayed in the room at night for sleeping, so the issues did not affect us too much—except that we couldn’t...

Everything is Good ..clean room ..well lit..cold aircon...but TV remote controller is hard to navigate if you want to watch on Netflix and Youtube...Room is very affordable thru OYO app..no hidden charges.The owner is very accommodating, i requested for a room with a skyscraper and city lights view and she granted. she answers all concern thru messages.. please replace lang yung doormat.. do not use rubber mat.. cotton mat instead to easily absorb...

Stay: Day Booking

The location is close to the mall and many more stores for your convenience. The staffs were also very accomodating and quick to respond to concerns. Very commendable.

Had some problems with the TV, it doesn't respond well to the internet as it buffers quite often. But we weren't really there to watch TV so it had minimal effect to our stay.

Although the WIFI was bad for the TV, it responded quite well to our devices.
