OYO 216 Urban Deca Tower Mandaluyong — Hotel in Mandaluyong

My room was accessed while i was away and the hotel was only concerned with who accessed my room and not the security that was lost while i was away. I was told to smoke outside around the corner and not made aware that if i smoked where they told me i was going to be issued a ticket by police!!!!!. They had no concern for my security or my belongings. A woman come into my room while i was gone with my fiancé and she left her PH (FEMININE)Wash in my bathroom. Making me look bad and the hotel did not show concern or remorse what so ever!if i could give 0 stars i would. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that values security or respect. Not to mention...

Had a very bad encounter with a certain Roy Buen who manages the units in Urban Deca Tower under OYO. Very bad manners and utterly rude! ||||Even the security guards are just plain rude until they realized they shouldn’t mess with me as I was in the right. He, Mr. Israel from Hexagon Security later on apologized profusely. ||||The room was quite small and pretty quaint. Will never stay at this place again. With all my previous hotel stays in different countries as well as here in Manila, this is by far the WORST...

When we came, they weren't able to give us a room even if I'd already booked...
