Starbucks - California Garden Square — Restaurant in Mandaluyong

So far (and trying to say this as kind as i can..),the worse service i've experienced..number of (consecutive) times i find it just unsatisfactory. First, ordered ahead via app with specifications, barista perhaps may have not seen "light,no whipped cream". I informed what i specified via the app, seconds later barista came back with same drink only cream was shaved off the top (other branches would normally re-do the beverage, whose to say non-fat or soy was used if no whipped cream was not even read?🤷🏼‍♂️ quality was compromised at this point). Second, applying e-stickers without confirming for an e-sticker. Thirdly, following up on the e-sticker 7 days after the purchase despite already acquiring some details (i called the customer service 2 days after purchase and 3-4 days before their follow up). Fourth, came in and opted to back out when line was too long and 1 cashier working. And fifth, came in again on a day with few customers and i understand patience is required with less service crew, but with 1 cashier functioning and 1 customer requiring "more time" for his/her inquiry, other branches would automatically either open another counter or ask the next person in line for his/her order and get it prepared while waiting for her transaction to be completed - which i think is more efficient.🙁 I myself am really surprised since i dnt mind paying for coffee or pastries at a higher cost because starbucks usually comes with craft and great service.But...

This Starbucks store is a fantastic spot to grab your favorite coffee and unwind. The ambiance is cozy, with plenty of seating and a relaxing vibe, perfect for working, studying, or catching up with friends.

AMBIENCE AND LOCATION Parking slots were available but very limited; we had to wait a few minutes.

Branch was spacious and freezing cold early evening. Reading materials can be found at your immediate right after entering the cafe. Outlets are available near couches and under the long table.

BEVERAGE Ultra Caramel Coffee Sphere Frappuccino was interestingly different. The spheres were like boba or tiny shots loaded with strong bitterness. It was okay but I really had to take my time consuming everything.
