Subway® - Pioneer (Robinsons Cybergate Center 3) — Restaurant in Mandaluyong

I usually really enjoy Subway and have had good experiences at other branches, but this location has consistently been so disappointing. The food is okay, it's not outright bad though the staff just haphazardly throw the ingredients on the sandwiches without second thought. Speaking of which, what really ruins the experience is the staff. They’re incredibly unwelcoming, and the customer service is honestly some of the worst I’ve encountered.

I had this one experience where I decided to get subway for breakfast and I dropped by around 7-7:10 AM (both google and the signage on the door clearly stated they open at 6) but when I walked in, they weren’t open and the staff said "Ma'am hindi pa kami bukas" in the most condescending tone ever! It was so obvious the staff was either sleeping or just hanging around in the back. It was so inconvenient, especially since I was on a tight schedule.

I always wanted to try out this Subway near our condo. This branch was literally empty when I checked it out. The chairs were on top of the table and there were no customers, that I had to ask if they were open. The crew was busy using their phones because again no customers. I ordered the B.M.T sub. I had parmesan bread and had all the veggies and it was a generous amount. It was the same for the cold cuts in my sandwich, a decent amount of meat. The service was ok but again it felt like they didn't expect someone to walk in during a Saturday lunch time. Tastes wise, Subway is a good place to get sandwiches. Price on the other hand is a tad bit on the expensive side. I just feel a sandwich of that quality is not around 300+ Pesos. Will I comeback to Subway for lunch, maybe but certainly is not my top pick for a sandwich. I probably explore other affordable food places near...

If you want a good sandwich you have to get meat and veggies! My co worker got an egg & cheese and she didnt like it. The other one got no vegetables and didnt like it. Haha im telling you get it all.. though understandable i dont like black olives either.

They had guacamole or avocado spread? Great addition to my sandwich! Not sure if limited time only

Now the bad. The toaster oven is yet again broken!? Seems like its been out for years. Because of that half the menu is not available because certain dishes require cooking.

Overall still pretty good sandwiches. With mayo, sauce, chips, & iced tea id say this is still healthier than your usual...
