This branch is conveniently located next to our office, making it my primary option when I need a drink immediately. I consistently order Java Chip, as it is my favorite, but I have noticed that the flavor tends to be watered down each time. Unfortunately, given the limited alternatives, I continue to purchase from this location unless I opt for delivery via Grab.

On a positive note, the staff are always nice and accommodating. However, there was one instance where I noticed that the staff member handing me my drink had slightly dirty fingernails, which raised some concerns about hygiene.

Earlier this month, I observed that the branch was undergoing renovations. I hope that along with the physical improvements, there will also be enhancements in the quality of their beverages. The taste here has not been as good as what I consistently get at the McKinley branch, so I hope to see improvements...

Because it is surrounded by many BPO companies, despite being a little hidden, it still tends to be very very crowded & noisy.

Expect long lines especially on peak hours when you think people need coffee — morning, after lunch, afternoon break, after office/dinner.
