I wish I could leave a positive review for this Starbucks location, but I’m genuinely disappointed with the inefficient process. I waited 45 minutes in line and an additional 10 minutes to pick up my drinks. Here’s what happened:
There was a long line with about eight people ahead of me. Initially, an employee took my order on a notepad, which seemed helpful at first. However, I later realized I still had to hand that note to the barista myself. After 3 minutes, someone else took my order again at the pastry counter, confirmed it, and I hoped my drink would be prepared by the time I got to the cashier. But no. I waited another 20 minutes before reaching the cashier, where I had to repeat and confirm my order yet again.
Finally, the barista took the cashier receipt to double-check my order. That made three unnecessary confirmations just for two lattes! By this point, I was already 45 minutes into the process. Once my order was placed, I sat down to wait, and it still took forever for my name to be called.
I consider myself a patient person, but this level of inefficiency was frustrating and unnecessary. For comparison, my other coffee shop — which isn’t a massive corporation — runs smoother. There, you wait in line , order at the cashier, they send it to the kitchen, and your food is ready in minutes. It’s efficient and straightforward.

Read moreI just ordered Coffee Frappe, Icy/Blended/Whipped, Grande. I took the drink after it was done and rode Jeepney going home. When I tasted my drink, it was plain coffee. The ice was not well blended either due to the fact the shredded ice in the middle of my cup. I couldn't go back because I was too tired to get off and ride another jeepney back to SM San Lazaro. The order written in the cup was "Icy/Blnd CF", they must have thought that CF was just Coffee. This kind of simple mistake is something they have to fix. This kind of pisses me off due to the fact that it tasted more like water than coffee, it is not what i ordered and cause it was just a...
