I've been a regular here because the food is good and reasonably priced, especially during off-peak hours. However, my last visit was disappointing due to the poor service. ​My order was wrong, and when I tried to clarify it with the staff, they were unprofessional and seemed unwilling to take accountability. I wasn't asking for a replacement since the order was already made, but a simple apology would have made a big difference. Upon entering the store, due to the bad placement of the steamers in the open kitchen, the floor had a wet spot in the queue line. The trays were also very oily as well as the floors which is somewhat expected in a fast food restaurant but sadly the oily trays caused my order to easily slip out of my tray. I also wasnt compensated for it and had to buy myself another bowl. The food was good but the environment sadly isn't well maintained compared to other Marugame Udon branches. Hope you do something about this to prevent other customers from experiencing this because this definitely wasnt a good experience and made me NOT WANT TO EAT AT THIS...
